Always able to blend beauty, education, and business, Lisa is a 24 year veteran of the Hair & Beauty industry. Lisa has owned & operated several salons and guided several international brands in building out continuing education programs and curriculum for their talent. Born and bred in the Nation’s Capitol, Lisa is a strategist, innovator, organizer, and creative within the hair artistry world. Lisa blazed her own trail by opening a boutique salon and spa brand, Dayze of Beauty in 2006 and partnering with Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas in 2012 to co-develop and implement their salon professional education curriculum. Lisa has positioned herself as a management consultant, educator, and brand strategist to the hair and beauty industries helping a number of salon & spa owners, hair artists, and companies develop and manage their brand, technical skills and education programs.


In addition to working with her elite clientele, Lisa’s work has been featured in major runway shows, magazine publications, news and media outlets to include, Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, Style Fashion Week, Black Hair Sophisticates, The Washington Post Magazine, I Am Modern magazine, Editorial magazine, WJLA New Channel 7, and Fox 5 DC. Lisa launched a natural organic hair and skin care line, New November Botanicals in 2015. As a Freelance artist, Lisa continues to blaze a path as a brand ambassador for Keratin Complex, an educator, speaker, and soon to be author.  Lisa’s recent accomplishment, International Certified Life and Women’s Empowerment Coach; Educated by the Coach Training Academy and Certified by the Certified Coaching Alliance; strives to empower women in business to overcome limiting beliefs and reach their highest potential and live their best lives.
